This policy explains what information Ibnox Technologies LLP ("Ibnox", "we", "us") collects when you use our website and our Drug Ledger software (the Windows app, the mobile app and the related online services), and how we use and protect it.
1. Your shop data stays on your devices
Drug Ledger is offline-first. Your bills, stock, purchases, suppliers, customers and reports are stored in a database on your own PC and phone. We do not receive this data unless you turn on cloud backup and sync.
2. Information we collect
- Account details — business name, owner name, mobile number, email, PAN, GSTIN and drug licence details you give us when you register or buy a plan.
- Synced shop records — only if you enable cloud backup and sync, a copy of your shop records is stored so your devices stay in step and you can restore them.
- Device and licence information — device identifiers, app version and sign-in sessions, used to apply your plan's user and device limits.
- Messages you send us — when you contact us by email or through the website form.
3. What we never collect or store
- We never collect Aadhaar numbers or any Aadhaar data, in any form.
- We never store card numbers, passwords or one-time passwords (OTPs) in our systems or logs.
- Supplier bill photos scanned on the phone are read on the device and are not uploaded to us.
4. How we use information
- To provide, sync, back up and support the software.
- To manage your subscription, users and devices.
- To reply to your questions and send service messages such as renewal reminders.
- To keep the service secure, including activity logs for account owners.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your shop records for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who host our servers and help us run the service, under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
6. Security
Apps reach our servers only through our secured API; they never connect to our database directly. Access is limited to people who need it to run the service, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
7. Your choices
- You can use Drug Ledger without cloud sync. Your data then stays only on your devices.
- You can export your data to Excel and take full backup files at any time.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your account information by writing to us.
8. Website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form opens your own email app; nothing is sent to us until you send that email.
